The WellPower Movement, a free web-based program conducted by the Nebraska Sports Council, has opened its second major wellness activity challenge, the Level Up Bingo Challenge, which begins today and runs through April 17.
Level Up Bingo was created by WellPower Movement Spokesperson Steffany Lien as a way to add variety to one’s physical and mental wellness routine. Like all WellPower Challenges, Level Up Bingo is free, and provides weekly and overall drawing prizes sponsored by Scheels.
To participate in the Level Up Bingo Challenge, one must first create a free account at WellPowerMovement.com. From there, participants are encouraged to achieve and log a variety of physical and mental health activities that have been added to the WellPower Movement log-in page, with the keyword “Bingo”.
Those who achieve and log at least five Level Up Bingo activities each week qualify for weekly random prize drawings. Those who achieve and log at least 25 Level Up Bingo activities by April 17, earn the Level Up Bingo Blackout Badge and qualify for the overall random prize drawing.
The Level Up Bingo Challenge, which is sponsored by BlueCross and BlueShield of Nebraska, is the second of three prize challenges within the WellPower Movement, which allows enrollees free year-round access to the activity tracker. Other sponsors include: Aquafina, Black Hills Energy, CHI Health St. Elizabeth, Liberty First Credit Union, Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association, Sandhills Global, Scheels and Unanimous.
Platinum partners of the Nebraska Sports Council include Farmers Mutual of Nebraska, the Nebraska Medical Association, Nebraska Orthopaedic Center and Pepsi-Cola of Lincoln. Learn more at NebraskaSportsCouncil.com.
