A celebration of life for 48-year old Luke Bernard will be held at a later date.
Luke A Bernard was born on Feb 27th, 1975 in Sioux City, IA, and passed away peacefully on Dec 19th, 2023 In Lees Summit, MO.Â
He was particularly close to his grandfather, who was a master trickster who always played jokes on his family and friends. Luke enjoyed hunting and fishing in South Dakota.
He leaves behind his family as a legacy of love and laughter. He will be truly missed.
Luke was preceded In death by his Grandparents Leon and Loretta Patnaude and Larry and Joanne Bernard.
He is survived by his son Lucas (Kennedy) Bernard of Cheyenne, Wy; stepson Tyler (Libby) Montgomery and Charlene Bernard of Torrington, Wyo; father Timothy (Bonnie) Bernard of Hot Springs, SD; mother Suellen (Dave) Troudt of Hastings, NE; brothers Aaron Bernard of Hastings and Jake (Amy) Bernard Lees Summit; stepbrothers Jordan (Tara) Watt of Alliance, NE; Danny (Sarah) Watt of Torrington, WY; and Ben (AmyGail) Troudt of Overland Park, KS.
