Scottsbluff-area authorities have released the name of the man whose body was found early Saturday morning on a sidewalk in Terrytown – and they say foul play is not suspected.
An autopsy was conducted Monday morning on 24-year old Keelan Noel of Torrington.
Scottsbluff police say a call about a man on a sidewalk appearing to be dead came in about 1:55 am Saturday, with officers on the scene for the next 3 hours. A vehicle associated with Noel was taken from the scene.
