Former Northwestern (IA) quarterback Jayln Gramstad announced his commitment to Nebraska on his X, formerly known as twitter page today.
Gramstad comes to Nebraska as the reigning NAIA player of the year. He led the NAIA in passing yards with 3,681 and completion percentage. A dual threat quarterback he rushed for 1822 yards and 31 touchdowns, while throwing for 6237 yards and 60 touchdowns in his four years at Northwestern College.
Gramstad adds some much needed depth to the Nebraska quarterback room that has a combined eight career starts amongst its three scholarship players.
