The Nebraska Supreme Court has dismissed, on technical grounds, an appeal by ten Creighton University students who went to court last year for exemptions from the school’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
The students argued that getting the shots would violate their religious beliefs against abortion, but a district judge denied their request for a temporary injunction to block Creighton’s requirement that all students get the COVID-19 vaccination in order to attend the school.
The ruling by the state’s highest court doesn’t have the power to overrule the district judge, citing its 150-year stance that orders on temporary injunction motions are not appealable.
The 10 students seeking the injunction said they had religious objections to the vaccines because they “were developed and/or tested using abortion-derived fetal cell lines.”
The State of Nebraska has been bought by the Democrats. Flee people, before its to late!
