New Features Now Available on the iServe Nebraska Portal

The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has launched three new features on the iServe Nebraska Portal. These features provide Nebraskans with a centralized location to view their existing benefits and manage their notification preferences.

New Features: 

  • My Benefits Dashboard:ย Provides Nebraskans with a centralized location for viewing their current benefits, including helpful links to take action on their benefits programs. Features include:
    • Alerts to notify Nebraskans of actions they need to complete
    • Ability to view correspondence and letters from DHHS
    • Consolidated view of their benefits and household benefit information
    • Specific contact information for primary and authorized representatives on their account
    • Details on participants and other roles within their benefit programs
    • Submitted applications and/or renewals
    • Benefits summary that will display all active and pending programs including a โ€œNext Review Dueโ€ date
  • My Preferences:ย Provides Nebraskans with the ability to select a notification method for their correspondence and other messages from DHHS. Notification options include email, text messaging, USPS mail, or a combination of these methods.
  • EA Recertification Draft:ย EnablesNebraskans to start an Economic Assistance Recertification application, save it as a draft, and return to complete the application later.
