The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has launched three new features on the iServe Nebraska Portal. These features provide Nebraskans with a centralized location to view their existing benefits and manage their notification preferences.
New Features:
- My Benefits Dashboard: Provides Nebraskans with a centralized location for viewing their current benefits, including helpful links to take action on their benefits programs. Features include:
- Alerts to notify Nebraskans of actions they need to complete
- Ability to view correspondence and letters from DHHS
- Consolidated view of their benefits and household benefit information
- Specific contact information for primary and authorized representatives on their account
- Details on participants and other roles within their benefit programs
- Submitted applications and/or renewals
- Benefits summary that will display all active and pending programs including a “Next Review Due” date
- My Preferences: Provides Nebraskans with the ability to select a notification method for their correspondence and other messages from DHHS. Notification options include email, text messaging, USPS mail, or a combination of these methods.
- EA Recertification Draft: EnablesNebraskans to start an Economic Assistance Recertification application, save it as a draft, and return to complete the application later.
