Chadron High Holding Chromebook Orientation For Students And Parents This Week

All Chadron High School students will be getting Chromebooks from the school to use this year, but they need to attend a special orientation program with a parent or guardian this week to receive it.

The school is offering the program 6 times, at 5:00 and 6:15 tonight, Wednesday, and Friday. The Chromebooks will be handed out after each session.

Any student not able to make one of the 6 sessions will need to schedule an appointment with the Chadron school district Technology Office by calling 432-0718 to get the same information being presented at the session.

Any Chadron High student planning to use their own chromebook, laptop, or iPad also needs to attend one of the sessions for important information about digital citizenship and acceptable use.

Without the session, students won’t have access to the high school wifi for their personal devices.
