Norma Vivian Blacksmith “Ta Pejuta Waste Win” was born on May 27, 1940 in Pine Ridge, SD to Asa Walks Out and Elizabeth Blacksmith. Norma made her journey to the Spirit World on September 26, 2023 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Norma is survived by her sons George (Bessie) Dreamer, Candy Red Cloud, Al Dreamer Jr, Todd (Connie) Dreamer, and Arley Dreamer; daughter-in-law Jacky Dreamer; sister Aurelia Two Crow; special nieces Wanda Cross Dog, Elizabeth (Joseph) Young, and Robyn Two Crow; special nephew Max (Becky) Two Crow; cousins Aurelia, Hugh John, Feleta, Christine, Fedelia, Marian, Liz, Melissa, Delayne, Julie, Vonna, Sage, Hunter, Lee, Kayle, and Floyd High Elk; and hunka children Wade (Katie) McHargue and Jonathan Maracle.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents Asa Walks Out and Elizabeth Blacksmith; siblings Leonard, Floyd, Hermus, Florence, Minerva Blacksmith, Walter, Asa Jr, Frank, and Albert; sons Gabe, Florie and Nathan Dreamer; daughter,Troylynn Yellowwood; grandsons Jerry Dreamer, Tres Dreamer, Jared Twiss, Matthew “Littleman” Two Bulls, and Kim Two Bulls.
