Norma Faye Elizabeth (Black Feather) Roubideaux was born on July 6, 1955 in Pine Ridge, SD to Wilbert and Sadie (Helper) Black Feather. Norma made her journey to the Spirit World on January 29, 2025 at the Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD.
Norma is survived by her daughter, Shannon (Jeremiah Wellman) Roubideaux; sisters, Glenda Cleo Black Feather and Wanda Haller; grandchildren, TaShauna (Cody Trueblood) Campbell, Alyssa Christianson, Samuel Black Feather, Patricia Black Feather, Ashleigh Rendon, and Natalie Rendon; great grandson, Jace Campbell; great-great granddaughter, Kingsley Black Feather; and nieces, Pamela Black Feather and Tonia Rendon.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbert and Sadie (Helper) Black Feather; paternal grandparents, Emma Garnier-Black Feather and William Black Feather; maternal grandparents, Simon Samuel Helper Hump and Mary Helper; and brother, Wilbert Black Feather, Jr.
