Pamela Lynn (Cedeňo) Richard was born on March 27, 1975 in Sioux City, Iowa to Herbert Louise Cedeňo and Pamela (Cupples) Ingram. Pamela passed away on October 21, 2022 at the Chadron Community Hospital in Chadron.
Pamela is survived by her spouse Jonathan Richard of Chadron; mother Pamela (Cupples) Ingram of Lonoke, AR; brothers Richard Cupples of Vilionia, AR, Denver Banister of Gordon, NE, Louis Cedaňo and Jack Cedaňo both of Des Moines, IA; sisters Cora Chandler and Alicia Baker both of Minnesota; nieces & nephews Tucker Banister, Autumn Banister, and Jennifer Banister all of Gordon; aunts Mary Eileen Hootman and Julia Catherine Cupples both of Rochester, MN; and uncles Roger Cupples of Newton, IA, and Garrison Edward Cupples of Quebec, Canada.
Pamela was preceded in death by her father Herb Sedaňo; aunts Shirley Cupples and Donna Cupples; uncle Bruce Cupples; and maternal grandparents Edward Thomas Cupples and Naomi Eileen Cupples.
Pallbearers will be Toyinna Standing Bear, Sundance Byrd, Melissa Banister, Autumn Banister, Jennifer Banister, and Kadell Richards.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Reshaw Family and all friends & relatives.
