Philip Edward Jumping Eagle was born on October 8, 1949 in Pine Ridge, SD to Robert Jumping Eagle, Sr. and Rebecca (Looks Twice) Jumping Eagle. Philip made his journey to the Spirit World on December 20, 2024, at the Pine Ridge IHS Hospital in Pine Ridge, SD.
