The 2025 Nebraska Shrine Bowl rosters were announced Sunday night and on it was Chadron’s own Quinn Bailey. Bailey will represent Chadron on the North team in the 67th Shrine Bowl to be held on June 7th at Foster Field on the campus of the University of Nebraska-Kearney.

Bailey will become the 31st player in Chadron High School history to play in the Shrine Bowl and first since Dawson Dunbar played in the 2022 version. Bailey rushed for 2,674 yards his senior year, while setting a Class C-1 record for yards per game with 243.1 yards per game.

Joining him from the panhandle will be Landon Riddle from Sidney and Barron Williams from Gering.

Also of note from the rosters is that three Chadron High graduates will be coaching in the game. Kevin Stein will be the head coach of the North team and TD Stein will be an assistant for Chris. John McClain will also be coaching but as an assistant on the South team. Kevin Stein is the head coach at Grand Island Northwest and went 4-6, that made the Class B playoffs. TD Stein is the head coach of Alliance and went 1-8 in his second season as the head coach. McClain spent this past season as an assistant coach for a Boys Town team that went 9-2 and made the quarterfinals of the C-1 playoffs.
