The Crawford Livestock Market is hosting a calf sale rollover auction fundraiser today at 1:00 for the independent cattlemen’s group R-CALF USA.
Dyesville Angus owners Jack and Penny Dye of Hermosa have donated a calf that will be auctioned off with the winning bidder encouraged to immediately re-donate it to be sold again.
All proceeds from however many times the calf is sold will go to R-CALF.
Karina Jones, the regional R-CALF field director, will be on hand to give an update on the group and several key cattle industry issues, then will take questions.
