After an early back-and-forth, the Crawford Rams pulled away and earned a 10-point victory

over Sioux County Saturday. The Ramsโ€™ 39-29 effort against the Warriors was led by Taylor Homanโ€™s 17 points. Cyrus Walker contributed 13. Sioux County also had two players in double figures. Jack Hunter and Pete Hernandez each added 10 the board.

The teams traded three-pointers early in the first quarter, with Crawford taking an early 11-8 lead. Sioux County tied the game at 16 as the second quarter progressed and took their first lead at 17-16 on a free throw by Hunter. The start of the third quarter again had the teams trading treys, but the Warriors shooting went cold, allowing the Rams to make a 12-5 run in the quarter. Sioux County pulled within two in the fourth on one of Hunterโ€™s three-pointers, but the Rams answered immediately and pulled away for the win.
