      Rapid City police say one man is dead and another in custody following a drowning incident last evening at Memorial Park.
Names have not been released and the case is being treated as a homicide.
Officers and Rapid City firefighters responded to the call around 7 PM, just ahead of 4th of July festivities at the bandshell.
     Police say one man was holding another underwater and was quickly taken into custody. The water rescue team got the victim out of the water and he was rushed to the hospital, but later died.
