Raydene Green Cline was born to Evert and Lorraine McCloud Green in Alliance, NE, on the 21st of May 1938. She passed away peacefully in Crawford during the early morning of Sunday, the 26th of March, 2023
Denie’s family moved to Glen, NE, where she attended primary school. She graduated from Crawford high school in 1955.
After marrying Ted Cline, she had two children, Raydell and Matthew Cline. Her family and career provided many moves throughout the USA and Canada, during which she attained many impressive achievements.
Eventually, Denie retired and settled back in Glen in 1985 to be with her mom and siblings. During her “retirement” she pursued her many interests – writing, photography, baking, cooking, history, archeology just to name a few.
Denie owned and operated a food truck with her home baked pies being in high demand. She also owned O’Doherty’s in Crawford for a number of years, with most menu items made in-house.
Diene is survived by her sons Raydell and Matthew Cline (Cheryl); brothers Steve Green (Karen) of Crawford and Kelly Green (Debbie) of Palmyra, NE; and sister Dee Ann (Don) of Hildreth, NE.
She was preceded in death by her parents Evert and Lorraine Green, sisters Patsy Green, Geraldene Green and brother Foster Green.
Chamberlain Chapel in Chadron is in charge of arrangements for Raydene “Denie” Cline.
Sorry to here of Denies passing. Her and I were first cousins. Her Mom and my Dad were twins. My the thoughts are with the family.
