Position Summary:
The RN assesses, organizes, and synthesizes data to develop a Plan of Care through the use of the nursing process and theoretical and experiential knowledge. The RN utilizes critical thinking to plan and select appropriate interventions for patient care that result in the desired patient outcomes. The RN directs and accepts the responsibility for immediate supervision of assistive personnel. Patients served at Chadron Community Hospital and Health Services (CCH) includes infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.
Experience:
None required, but preferred.
Licensure:
RN License in the State of Nebraska
