Funeral services for 82-year old Richard “Dick” Kane of Douglas, Wyo, are Sat, March 25, 2023, at 11:00 at Pier Funeral Home in Lusk
Interment will be in the Lusk Cemetery.

Richard (Dick) Kane was born to Marie (Marking) and Joe Kane on December 24, 1940, in Lusk, WY. He went to the Lord on March 18, 2023, after a short battle with dementia.
Dick grew up on the family ranch north of Lusk, but went to school in Edgemont, SD.
Dick was drafted into the army and served our country from 1963-1964. He was later a member of the American Legion in Lusk and was honored to have served.
Dick married the love of his life, Helene (Thomas) Kane, on September 18, 1965. To this union were born three children: Teresa, Richard, and Heather.
Dick worked hard to provide for his family as a Master Electrician for TIC until he retired.
Dick was a fun-loving guy, who enjoyed hunting and taking walks with his dog Morgan. His favorite hobby was riding his motorcycle on the open road, but loved his family most of all.
Dick is survived by daughter Teresa (Dean) Neal, son Richard (Renee) Kane, daughter Heather (Lee) Zahn, grandchildren Quentin (Jessica) Kane, Hayley (Austin) Wright, Bailey Kane, Ashley Neal, and Easton Zahn, and great-grandchildren Noah Kane and Hunter Wright.
He is preceded in death by his wife, parents, four brothers, and one granddaughter.
