Richard Oliver Red Cloud was born on Nov 26, 1961 in Pine Ridge, SD to Verdell Sr and Sylvia (Two Two) Red Cloud. Richard made his journey to the Spirit World on April 12, 2024 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Richard is survived by his mother Sylvia Red Cloud; siblings Mike Two Two Sr, Donna Ross, and Linda Red Cloud; special nephews Corbin Red Cloud, Marvin Red Cloud Jr, and Jared Red Cloud; aunt Linda Two Two; uncles Paul Red Cloud, Guy Red Cloud, and Marty Red Cloud; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Richard was preceded in death by his father Verdell Red Cloud Sr; siblings Ella (Red Cloud) Yellow Horse, Leonard Red Cloud, Verdell Red Cloud Jr, Marvin Red Cloud Sr, and Derek Red Cloud; brother-in-law George Yellow Horse Sr; and grandparents Chief Oliver Red Cloud and Helena (Twiss) Red Cloud, Norbert & Vienna Two Two.
Pallbearers will be Jared Red Cloud, Mike Two Two Jr, Richard Ross, George Yellow Horse Jr, Donnie Mesteth Jr, Brandon Mesteth, Cole Mesteth, Kalup Morrison, and Chandler Ross.
Honorary pallbearers will be all relatives & friends.
