Visitation and services for 70-year old Robert Daniel DeSersa are Tues, Nov 22, 2022 from noon-to-8:00 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Hall in Pine Ridge, SD, with services starting at 7:00 with Deacon Bill White officiating
Cremation will follow services with burial to be held at a later date.
Robert Daniel DeSersa was born on January 14, 1952 in Belle Fourche, SD to Clarence C DeSersa and Elizabeth B (Cuny) DeSersa. Robert made his journey to the Spirit World on November 13, 2022 at the Bennett County Nursing Home in Martin, SD.
Robert is survived by his wife JoAnn Mousseau-DeSersa; children Kyle J (Ashley) Mousseau & Children, Anthony E (Gabrielle) Mousseau & Children, Sioux J (Anthony) Mousseau & Son, Emily R DeSersa, Haley R. DeSersa, Steph (Eddie) Ainsworth & Children, and Chris (Kim) DeSersa & Children; siblings Elaine Hopkins of Gallatin, TN, Bernice (Glenn) Spangler of Mt. Juliet, TN, Rae Elliott and Dennis DeSersa, both of Stockton, CA; and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Elizabeth (Cuny) DeSersa; sisters Shirley Humphries and Wanda Simpson; brothers Clarence “Chuck” DeSersa, William “Bill” DeSersa and David DeSersa; and loving pets Tigger and Sadie Lynn DeSersa.
Pallbearers will be Anthony Mousseau, Kyle Mousseau, Boyd End of Horn, Ray Vigil Jr, Alexander Vigil, Joseph Vigil and Brock Henry.
