Ronald Steven Pourier was born on March 20, 1963 in Rushville, NE to Marvin โBoyโ Pourier, Sr. and Donna Mae Vocu. Ronald made his journey to the Spirit World on October 8, 2024 at the Chadron Community Hospital in Chadron, NE.
Ronald is survived by his spouse, Marilyn Pourier; former spouse, Mary Plenty Wolf; children, Edward W. Pourier, Amanda Pourier, and Maggie Pourier; step-son, Mark Poor Bear; sister, Thomasene Pourier; grandchildren, Donovan Pourier, Guadalupe Pourier, Gabriella Pourier, London Mason, Memphis Mason, Joshua Reeb, Wyatt Reeb, Gretchen Pourier, Cinch Pourier, Emilio Pourier, Mateo Pourier, Scotty Scott, Sydney Smith, and Alyssa Bennett; nieces & nephews, Tasheena Pourier, Heidi Weber, Dusty Evans, Troy Brave, Misty Brave, Thomasene Flammond, Waylon Pourier, Rodney Pourier, Johnny Ray Pourier, and Michelle Vocu; and brother-in-law, Reggie White Elk.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin โBoyโ Pourier, Sr. and Donna Mae (Vocu) Deans; brothers, Marvin Pourier, Jr. and Rodney Pourier; sisters, Rose Cuny and Rita Flammond; maternal grandparents, Tom and Lucy Vocu; and paternal grandmother, Ethel Pourier.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Pourier, Cinch Pourier, Donovan Pourier, Floyd Running Hawk, Robert Shaw, Josh Reeb, Wyatt Reeb, Gilbert Mata, Clint Swallow, and Fud Poor Bear.
