Burial is at St Alban’s Episcopal Cemetery in Evergreen
A one-night wake service starts Friday, Oct 14, at 3:00 at the Evergreen Community Building in Evergreen.
Ronnie Leo High Bear was born to Clifford High Bear, Jr. and Elizabeth Tail on March 15,1987 in Pine Ridge, SD. Ronnie made his journey to the Spirit World on October 4, 2022 in Springfield, MO
Ronnie attended Little Wound High School and was a founder of a skateboard club “Sk8 2 die,” but was also a grass dancer and had a deep love for music.
Ronnie was always positive and loving and had many friends. He will be missed by many.
Ronnie is survived by his mother Elizabeth Tail of Porcupine, SD; daughter Amelia Rose Lee Shott-High Bear of Porcupine, SD; grandparents Eli Tail Sr and Carolyn Tail of Porcupine, SD; grandmother Georgia Tail of Porcupine, SD; sisters Katherine White Eyes of Pine Ridge, SD, Christine Tail of Rapid City, SD, and Auriauna Eubank of Grand Island, NE; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his father Clifford High Bear Jr. his aunt Janice Tail; and uncle Don Sharpfish who raised him; sisters Roxy High Bear and Robin High Bear; and brothers Ryan High Bear and Rocky High Bear.
Pallbearers will be Julian Tail, Cody Crazy Bear, Shawn Tail, Orn Soldier Wolf, Darness McBride, Derek Thunder Hawk, Akihita Thunder Hawk, and Terrell Tayle.
Honorary pallbearers will be Donna Tail, Tail Family, and All Friends & Relatives.
