Russ was known for his magic tricks, he loved to fish, hunt, and was a rockhound. He was always cracking a good joke. He was a jack of all trades, like his father, and could fix just about anything. He baked some of the best caramel rolls and biscuits you could have ever eaten and was a really great cook. Russ worked in many different occupations, including as a locksmith, a janitor and school maintenance man. If there is one thing Russ had a passion for, it was playing cards. Russ loved to play Poker and he would skunk anyone in a Cribbage game. You could bet Russ would be in it for the win and have no pity in teasing you after he took your money or skunked you in crib. But most of all, anyone who knew Russ would tell you that Russ loved his family. Russ was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend. He had a sense of humor and loved to tease people and get a good laugh on any occasion.

Russell will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
