According to KNEB News, a 26-year-old fugitive wanted on a host of felony drug charges made his initial appearance this week in Scotts Bluff County Court.
Brandon Grieb of Scottsbluff is facing charges including Felony Flight to Avoid Arrest, and four counts of Possession with Intent to Distribute.
In March, Grieb was stopped on Five Rocks Road by Gering Police, and when officers saw a bong on the passenger seat and asked him to step out of the vehicle, Grieb fled at a high rate of speed and escaped pursuit.
His abandoned car was found later, and a search uncovered dealer quantities of cocaine, marijuana, fentanyl and MDMA, as well as psilocybin mushrooms, heroin, a digital scale, vacuum sealer and more than $1,200 cash.
Grieb was apprehended in Colorado, and was recently transported to the Scotts Bluff County Jail from Goshen County.
