In silent mourning we bid farewell to our dear mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Sharon Marie Madsen-Harrison
February 22, 1949 – May 17, 2026.
Sharon was the daughter of Clarence and Alice Madsen. She was born and raised in Chadron Nebraska along with her brother John and sister Barbara.
She graduated from Chadron High School and attended Business College in Denver Colorado.
She was married to Robert T Harrison and were the proud parents of Randee, Cassee, and Ryan.
She worked at the Chadron Record, Chadron State College, ran a home daycare center, and a few different offices at the Dawes County Courthouse.
In retirement she enjoyed traveling, photography, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. With failing health she sold her Kenwood home and moved to Prairie Pines for several years before making the move to Wyoming to be closer to her son and family.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, her sister Barbara, and her daughter Cassee.
She leaves behind her daughter Randee Wasserburger (Ward), her son Ryan Harrison (Shalana), her brother John Madsen (Kim), grandchildren – Paige, Joel, Jace, Preslee, Kasen, Natalee, Braden, Gavin, and Zander and her great granddaughter Ramsee along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Services will be held June 22nd at 10:00 am, Chamberlain Chapel in Chadron Nebraska.
