Sherry Moller was born to Peter and Jacoba Wildeman on May 11, 1946, and died March 31, 2023, in Rushville.
Sherry grew up in Sheldon, IA, with 8 siblings in a tight knit home and attended high school in Sheldon.
She married the love of her life, Henry “Hank” Moller in 1963 and they resided in Hot Springs, SD, where they raised their four children: Jackie, Tammy, Tracie and Brad. In 1999, Sherry and Hank moved to Rushville.
Hank and Sherry owned four packing plants over the years, the most recent being M & M Packing in Rushville. Sherry also worked alongside her daughter and many granddaughters throughout the years, teaching them how to wrap meat and provide exceptional customer service.
Sherry enjoyed Elvis Presley, gambling, ice cream, root beer floats, red beer, and the customers she served throughout the years. Above all, Sherry loved being around her family and friends.
The love that Sherry had for everyone close to her was immeasurable. She had the best sense of humor and there wasn’t a day she wasn’t making those around her laugh. Her smile, humor, generosity, and love will be greatly missed.
Sherry is survived and will be greatly missed by her daughters Jackie (Rod) Norton, Tammy (Nick) Porter, and Tracie (Tim) Kuhlman and son Brad (Tracy) Moller; 10 grandchildren: Tiffany Porter Willhite, Nathan Porter, Jessica Norton and Will Hilton, Alyssa (Jared) Maez, Logan Moller, Morgan Moller, Brittany (David) Wacker, Brooke Pengra, Roni (Katlin) Ruppert, and Zach Schroeder; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
She is also survived by her sister Becky (Mark) Klemme; brother Joe (Wanda) Wildeman; 3 sisters-in-law Greta Wildeman, Ruth Ann Wildeman and Jolene Wildeman; 2 brothers-in-law Bill (Janet) Moller and Keith (Julie) Moller, and many nieces and nephews that she loved.
Shery was preceded in death by her husband Hank; her parents; brothers Arnie, Pete and Terry Wildeman; sisters Wilma Niichel, Marilyn (Francis) Pulscher, and Marlys Wildeman (in infancy).
