State cross country invades Kearney Country Club today, with Northwest Nebraska having seven runners competing.
The Class D girls race will lead off area athletes at 1:30 pm, including the Gordon-Rushville pair of Tyrah American Horse and Rylie Barker. That will be followed by the Class C girls with Chadron’s trio of Lillie Uhing, Jentsyn Fuller and Grace Pyle at 2:00 pm.
The Class D boys race will feature Luke Laws of Gordon-Rushville and Parker Wellnitz of Hay Springs with race time at 2:30 pm.
