Chadron Police Department Lieutenant Gabe Walz says his agency is currently investigating a recent probable bike theft from the 400 block of Chapin Street. Walz says the bike likely went missing sometime this week.
Walz stated the bike was lost while the owner was visiting his grandmother. No citations have been issued yet in response to the report. Lieutenant Walz described the bike as being a black BMX style with pegs on both tires.
