Sue Ann Bettelyoun was born on Sept 5, 1955 in Pine Ridge, SD to Joseph Bettelyoun Sr and Gladys ReShaw. Sue made her journey to the Spirit World on April 30, 2024 at the Monument Health Home Plus Hospice in Rapid City, SD.
Sue is survived by her children Derek Bettelyoun, Louis Bettelyoun, Jesse Whalen, Monte Whalen, Serine Whalen, and Sue Ann Whalen; brothers Michael Parmenter and Marlin Parmenter Jr; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, & nephews.
Sue was preceded in death by her parents Joseph Bettelyoun Jr and Gladys ReShaw; son Leonard Poor Bear Jr; sisters Judy Ann Bettelyoun and Madonna Ann Bettelyoun; brothers Joe Bettelyoun Jr, Terry Betterlyoun, Manuel Bettelyoun, and George Ghost Bear; and nephews Lyle Dillon, Joseph Bettelyoun III, and Travis Bettelyoun.
Pallbearers are Cody Bettelyoun, Joseph Black Crow, Will Dillon, Jason Dillon Jr, John Conroy, Archie Sierra Sr, Kyle Black Crow, Kauy Black Crow, JD Bettelyoun, Rex Conroy Jr, and Harry Shoulders.
Honorary pallbearers will be All Family, Friends, & Relatives.
