A memorial service/visitation will precede the funeral from noon-2:00, also at the Sioux Funeral Home in Pine Ridge.
Terri G. Rouillard was born on October 24, 1948 in Pine Ridge, SD to Martin Slow Bear and Eleanor (Broken Nose) Slow Bear. Terri made her journey to the Spirit World on May 10, 2021 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Terri is survived by her husband, Lloyd “Ears” Rouillard; daughters, Sherri Rouillard and Shirley (Gaylin) Holy Rock; sons, Robert (Deanna) Rouillard and Lee Rouillard; godson, Rodney Red Star; siblings, Kimberly Stone, Vivian Reed, Goldie (Ivan) Starr, and Donny (Caroline Belt) Slow Bear; 14 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
Terri was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Eleanor Slow Bear; daughter, Sheryl Rouillard; son, Lloyd “Barz” Rouillard; sisters, Margette Slow Bear and Estelle Starr; and brother, Edwin Fills The Pipe.
Honorary pallbearers will be Black Hills Dialysis Staff, Oglala Head Start Program, Fred & Janet Stands and All Friends & Relatives.
