The DOVES Program

February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month (TDVAM), and The DOVES Program is calling on our community to join us in raising awareness and supporting our area teens. This year’s theme is about fostering healthy relationships and empowering our youth to navigate dating with confidence and safety.

Join Us in Wearing Orange on February 11
On February 11, wear orange to stand in solidarity with survivors and show your commitment to ending teen dating violence. Orange represents a brighter future, free from violence, where every teen can feel safe and supported.

How You Can Get Involved

  • Businesses: Help spread awareness by hanging our posters or painting windows with positive messages about healthy relationships. To request posters, contact us at 308-436-2787 or email DOVES1@DOVESProgram.comโ€”weโ€™ll gladly provide them.
  • Parents: Take this opportunity to have meaningful conversations with your teens about what healthy relationships look like. Pledge to be your kidsโ€™ greatest supporters and advocates in their journey to understanding respect and safety in relationships.
