Theresa Jade Rousseau was born on Dec 5, 1995 in Rapid City, SD to William Good Voice Elk and Linda Featherman. Theresa made her journey to the Spirit World on Feb 7, 2024 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Theresa is survived by her mother Linda Featherman; adopted father Francis Rousseau Jr; maternal grandfather Everett Featherman; brother Jeremy Rousseau; sister Megan Willow; daughters Moneciah Rousseau and Caleeciah Rousseau; sons Josiah Rousseau and Caleb Wounded Head II; half-brothers Bow, Lakota, and Terrace Good Voice Elk; half-sister Skuya Good Voice Elk; aunts Devona Good Voice Elk, Ardean Featherman, Victoria Brown Bull, Roberta Featherman, and Revalyn Negron Featherman; and uncle Terry Featherman.
Theresa was preceded in death by her father William “Billy” Good Voice Elk III; maternal grandmother Theresa One Horn-Kills In Water; paternal grandparents William Good Voice Elk II and Rose Good Voice Elk; and uncles Lyle, Melvin, and Leland Featherman.
