Burial is at the Pourier Family Cemetery in Porcupine.

Tianna Dawn Red Owl “Wicahpi Woi’le Wi” was born on May 21, 2003 in Pine Ridge, SD to James Garnette and Elizabeth “Beth” Red Owl. Tianna made her journey to the Spirit World on January 29, 2023 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Tianna is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Red Owl; father, James Garnette; grandparents, Michelle Pourier and Gordon (Dean) Red Owl; sisters, Tequanna, Terri, Tarren, TayMarie, and Mykhas Red Owl, and MyKal Garnette; brothers, Warfield, Dustin, Aiden and Nathan Garnette; and niece, Kaylee Scabby Face.
Tianna was preceded in death by her grandparents Anthony “Tony” Garnette and Connie Red Nest; uncle Richard Garnette; great grandparents Theodore and Lorraine Pourier; auntie Lorie Pourier; uncles Clifford Pourier, Shilo Pourier, and Amber Pourier; and cousins Katelyn Red Owl, Julie Pourier, and Mercedes Pourier.
Pallbearers will be Deandra Iron Cloud, Amya Ferguson, Danica Ferguson, Reaunna Janis, David Pourier, Evelyn Crooked Eyes, Chelsey Felicia, and Wasuton-Win Wicaphi McIntyre.
