Tiffany Lee Kills Small was born on December 14, 1974 in Pine Ridge, SD to Fred Lee Kills Small and Sterleen Joyce Sitting Hawk. Tiffany made her journey to the Spirit World on September 23, 2022 at the Pine Ridge I.H.S. Hospital in Pine Ridge, SD.
Tiffany is survived by her sons Mark McMillan of Salt Lake City, UT, Ty James McMillan and Donald Lee McMillan Jr, both of Pine Ridge, SD; sister Tammy Kills Small of Porcupine, SD; uncles Jerome Kills Small, Ivan Left Hand Jr and Marvin Left Hand, both of Porcupine, SD; grandparents Violet Robinson of Rapid City, SD, and Annabelle Weston of Porcupine, SD; very close special friends Deann Twiss, Alice Big Crow, Julie High Horse, and Lana Rodriguez; and numerous extended family members.
Tiffany was preceded in death by her parents Fred Lee Kills Small and Sterleen Joyce Sitting Hawk; paternal grandparents Loren Kills Small, Ivan Left Hand Sr, and Lois (Weston) Kills Small-Left Hand; and uncle Myron Kills Small.
Pallbearers will be Deann Twiss
