Timothy Andrew Gillett was born May 18, 1978, in Chadron, NE, to Terry and Phyllis Gillett. He passed away unexpectedly on Wed, Nov 1 at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, NE.
Tim attended elementary school in both District 46 and District 7 in Sioux County and graduated from Sioux County High School in 1997. He went on to study for a year at LaGrange School of the Bible in LaGrange, Wyo.
Tim enjoyed numerous vocations including helping on his parent’s ranch, security work, customer service representative and pilot car driver.
Tim will be greatly missed for his enjoyment of riding the 4-wheeler to check on and work cattle, his love of conversing with others, and his passion for both Nebraska and Green Bay Packer football and for playing pitch with his family.
He also enjoyed working with the volunteer fire department wherever he was living.
Tim was preceded in death by grandparents Frank and Eileen Robinson and Rowland and Harriett Gillett; sisters Kelly and Jodi; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is survived by his parents Terry and Phyllis Gillett; sister Shelly (Dan) Caskey; nieces Rachel Caskey, Bethany (Jake) DeWitt, Katie Caskey; nephew Caleb Caskey; and grandniece Quinn DeWitt.
