Two Pine Ridge Reservation men have entered Not Guilty pleas in a shooting death over 5 years ago in Kyle.
28-year old Stetson Eagle Elk and 29-year old Gary Little Bull Jr remain in custody following appearances Friday in federal court in Rapid City on charges from the death of Todd Little Bull
Both were arrested this week. Eagle Elk is charged with 1st-degree murder and weapons counts while Gary Little Bull Jr faces one count of conspiracy to commit 1st-degree murder. Both men have hearings set for Jan 26.
Little is known about the death of Todd Little Bull because court documents in the case remain sealed.
