Burial is Tuesday, Sept 5, at 2:00 at the Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis, SD
A one-night wake service starts Friday at 2:30 at the #9 Community Church in Manderson, SD with evening services at 7:00 and military roll call to follow.

Tyrone Paul Apple was born on November 20, 1948 in Rapid City, SD to Paul Apple and Estella (King) Apple. Tyrone made his journey to the Spirit World on August 24, 2023 at the Gordon Countryside Care in Gordon, NE.
Tyrone is survived by his sons Dorian Jason Apple and John Brown Bull; brother Garfield Apple; sisters Audrey Apple, Zandra Apple, and Susan Apple; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, & nephews.
Tyrone was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Estella Apple; daughter Christian Sidney Apple; son Jerome “Buzzy” Brown Bull; siblings Annabelle Apple, Valaria Apple, Levi Apple, Darwin Apple, and Ravon Apple; paternal grandparents George and Susie (White Lance) Apple; and maternal grandparents Jefferson and Stella King.
Pallbearers will be all of Tyrone’s grandchildren.
Honorary pallbearers will be Manderson Community, Little Wound Community, Oglala Sioux Lakota Nursing Home Staff & Residents, Gordon Countryside Care Staff & Residents, and All Friends & Relatives.
