Valorie Rose Kills In Water was born on January 15, 1972 in Pine Ridge to Delbert Kills In Water and Norma Jean Ice. Valorie made her journey to the Spirit World on April 28, 2023 at the Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD.
Valorie is survived by her spouse Terry Mills; children Veronica Kills In Water and Jesse Mills; brother Vincent Ice; uncle Gerald Ice; grandchildren Emmanuel Sioux Bob Jr, Precious Jewel Sioux Bob, Marco and Miracle Cottier; and special niece,Adida Sativa Mae Mills.
Valorie was preceded in death by her mother Norma Ice; father Delbert Kills In Water; sisters Delmarie and Delona Kills In Water; and grandfather Gerald Ice Sr.
Pallbearers will be Jesse Mills, Vincent “Vinny” Ice, Juan Luis Mills, CL Tobacco, Emmanuel “Mumbo” Sioux Bob, Bradley Rowland, Adida Sativa Mae Mills, Nick Charging Cloud, Lil’ Les Jack, and Darrel Mills.
