The Chadron Police Department made a DUI arrest Saturday night following an accident that occurred on the 800 block of West 6th Street.
According to Police Chief Rick Hickstein, officers responded to the call at 8:30 Saturday evening and made contact with the driver of a black Tahoe. After working the scene and interviewing the motorist, officers grew suspicious that he was under the influence. After the officers concluded an on scene investigation, 30 year old Shivalo Soldier Wolf Dewey was arrested for DUI.
