A group of veterans who are currently biking the Great American Trail from Washington DC to La Push, Washington will start making their way into Chadron on Friday.
The collection of five riders, associated with the non-profit group Warrior Expeditions, take the journey as a means of therapy according to the groups website.
Every year a different group of veterans partake in bicycling, hiking, and kayaking.
This particular group entered Nebraska over the Missouri River in Omaha before heading to Lincoln, and then jaunting north to Norfolk to jump on highway 20 before heading west towards Chadron.
