The loss of assistant coach Sundance Wicks isn’t the only departure that UW coach Jeff Linder is dealing with right now.
Jeremiah Oden entered the NCAA transfer portal on Tuesday, just the 2nd day that players could do so. Oden averaged a career best 10 points on 44% shooting this past season.
Oden isn’t the only critical piece to leave the Pokes. Noah Reynolds, who averaged 13 points per game last year, jumped in the portal on Monday along with big man Nate Barnhart, who made a handful of starts and appeared in 20 games this season.
Add those in with the trio of California transfers who came in last year only to leave the program in February and the loss of Wyoming’s only recruit for this season and the Cowboys roster will undergo a major overhaul.
