4. Approval of Minutes of January 25, 2022 regular Council meeting

5. Discussion and presentation from Rural Rehab Solutions, Inc. dba Vetus Foundation (Senex Foundation of NE)

6. Discuss/approve/disapprove moving forward with working out terms on a lease with Rural Rehab Solutions, Inc. dba Vetus Foundation (Senex Foundation of NE) to operate the Ponderosa Villa

7. Approve bills and claims, including requisition order for rake attachment

8. Adjournment
