Coaches have been selected for the 2023 West Nebraska All-Star Football Game. This marks the 45th year for the West Nebraska All-Star Football Game. The 2023 football game will be played Saturday, June 10, 2023, at Bearcat Stadium in Scottsbluff.
Game time is 7 p.m. MDT.
Dale Frerichs from Potter-Dix will lead the West team. Assisting him will be Dillon Broussard (Mitchell), Danny O’Boyle (Gering) and Jeremy Reimers (Bridgeport).
Jeff Gross from McCook will lead the East team in 2023. Assisting Coach Gross will be Kurt Alitg (North Platte), Jake McLain (Holdrege) and Joe Vertrovsky (McCook).
The volleyball coaches have been selected to lead the West and East teams for the 39th annual West Nebraska All-Star Volleyball Game. This year’s game will be played Saturday, June 10, 2023, in Scottsbluff at Cougar Palace on the campus of Western Nebraska Community College.
Game time is 2 p.m. MDT.
Leslie Foral from Scottsbluff will lead the West team. Assisting her will be Tabitha Unzicker (Bayard).
Leading the East team will be Kim Barnett from Southwest. Ryan Birner (Holdrege) will be her assistant.
A portion of the proceeds from the West Nebraska All-Star Games benefit local organizations.
