Bryony Raylene Trump was born Sept 20th, 1996, in Sterling to Cullen and Jeneen Trump. She passed away unexpectedly Tues, Dec 20, 2022, in Greeley, CO.
Bryony attended Sterling schools, graduating from Sterling High School in 2015. She attended Chadron State College in Chadron, NE, and in 2019 received her Bachelor’s in Music Performance, emphasis on clarinet.
Bryony was joyful, tender-hearted, generous, loving, and inquisitive. Her whole family delighted in her from the time she was born, and she was a joy to be with!
She loved to learn and could read before she started preschool. Reading was a hobby she continued throughout her life.
When she was 5, her sisters Darcy and Camryn arrived in the family, and she loved them immediately. The 3 of them became good friends as well as sisters through the years and shared an appreciation for music, both listening and performing.
Bryony loved to sing and play music. She chose the clarinet for 5th grade band and continued to perform with it for the next 14 years in pep bands, concert bands, and most recently with the Master Chorale orchestra.
She also learned to play the tenor sax and loved being part of jazz bands, especially the CSC Birds and the NJC Jazz Band.
After college Bryony returned to Sterling and worked at Family Food Market, spreading cheer to anyone who went through her line. She began working at Equitable Savings & Loan as a teller, and soon moved to the loan department.
She loved the challenge of learning something completely new, but mostly loved working with her awesome co-workers.
Bryony had many friends online and spent many hours chatting and messaging them. She also picked up writing, coding, and occasionally cross-stitching as hobbies.
Several years ago she discovered K-pop, and became a devoted fan, attending several concerts in Colorado where she connected with other fans.
Bryony’s loss is felt acutely by all who were close to her. Her ready laugh, her wholesome and quirky humor, and her unconditional love and acceptance of everyone will ever be missed in our lives.
Bryony is survived by her parents and sisters, grandfather Glen Burton and step-grandmother Sue Burton, great-aunt Rosslyn (Patrick) Patchin, uncles Shannon Trump and Jared Burton (Mindy Rawlings), aunt Joelle Keith, cousins Ryan Trump, Ashley (Aaron) Overturf, Andrew Burton, and Kaylie and Mya Rawlings.
Bryony was met in heaven by her grandparents Dennis and Ann Trump, grandmother Paula Burton, uncle Devin Trump, and cousin Shealynn Trump.
