The Nebraska American Legion Baseball Class C Seniors State Tournament at the historic Modisett Ball Park in Rushville ran into rain and storms Sunday night.
Officials finally suspended the final game of the night – the host Sheridan County Security First Regulators against the Imperial Longhorns.
The tentative schedule calls for resuming the game this morning at 10:00 with Sheridan County on top 5-3 and batting in the top of 5th.
If they hold on, the Regulators will play Malcolm at 7:00. Malcolm shutout DCB (Dannebrog Cairo Boelus) 1-0 on a 1st-inning run.
    Lincoln Lutheran eliminated Hartington 8-0 on a 6-inning no-hitter to advance to another elimination game Monday at 1L00 against DCB, while Wilber sent Pender home 3-1 and plays the Sheridan County-Imperial loser at 4:00.
