Angel Liane Corbine was born on August 27, 1968 in Pine Ridge, SD to Floyd Rouillard and Beverly (Chase In Winter) Corbine. Angel was adopted and raised by Elwood “Woody” Corbine, her mother’s second husband. Angel made her journey to the Spirit World on April 17, 2023 in Portland, OR.
Angel is survived by her mother Beverly Corbine of Rapid City, SD; sons Antonio Dreamer of Rapid City, Craig Dreamer Jr of Mitchell, SD, William Corbine of Florence, CO, Carl Shockey III of Herlong, CA, Jeeter Shockey of Oglala, SD, and Henry Belt III of Rapid City; daughters Tristian Amos of Minnesota, Ampo Amos of Pierre, SD, and Keva Belt of Oglala; siblings Candy (Joe) Mayo of Rapid City, Jack (April) Corbine of Oglala, Penny (Jim) Rogers of Oglala, and Anthony “Tony” (Mary) Corbine of Rapid City, SD, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and grandchildren.
Angel was preceded in death by her fathers Floyd Rouillard & Elwood Corbine; sons Josiah Dreamer and Henry Belt Jr; sister Dorothy “Dopy” Rouillard; brother Floyd Rouillard Jr; uncles Willard, Roy, Ronald, and Darnell Chase In Winter, Clinton “Joe” & Edgar “Buzzy” Corbine, Coletius and Clarence Rouillard, and Emery New Holy; aunts, Darlene, Cheryl, & Diane Chase In Winter, Bonita (Corbine) Brown, Terry (Slow Bear) Rouillard, Wilma (Rouillard) Reynolds, and Joann (Luxon) Corbine; paternal grandparents, Rev. Samuel & Dorothy (Stover) Rouillard, and William & Agnes (Big Track) Corbine; maternal grandparents, William & Martha (Dog Trail) Chase In Winter, and Arlene & Elizabeth Dog Trail; nephews Phillip Mayo and David Rogers Sr; and granddaughter Lexis Rogers.
