A 19-year-old Pine Ridge man is scheduled for trial on April 5th in a death on the Pine Ridge Reservation last November. Julian Hard Heart is charged with 2nd-degree murder in the death of 20-year old Devon Elk Boy.
A federal grand jury indicted Hard Heart last month in Elk Boy’s November 28 shooting death.
The case has been investigated jointly by the FBI and the Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of Public Safety.
