      Chadron’s Broc Berry shared the low score Tuesday at the Mitchell Boys Golf Invite, which doubled as the Western Conference tournament, with a 74 but didn’t win.
Instead, he had to settle for 2nd after losing a playoff to Scottsbluff’s Noah Shaddick.Â
Berry was Chadron’s only Top 10 placer in the overall field as the Cards shot a 343 to finish 4th for both the Western Conference and Mitchell tournaments, just 2 strokes behind Alliance and 5 ahead of Sidney in both
      Scottsbluff shot 302 for a 32-stroke win over Gering. Crawford, Hemingford, and Hay Springs were also in the 13 team Mitchell Invite and finished 8-9-10..
