Cecelia Mercy Ramos was born on Mary 3, 1977 in Omaha, NE to Lyle Iron Horn and Sophia (Mercado) Iron Horn. Cecelia made her journey to the Spirit World on April 15, 2023 at the Monument Health Home Plus Hospice House in Rapid City, SD.
Cecelia is survived by her sons Mateo Pio Ramos, Christopher George Mercado, Dario King-Ramos, and Manuel Ramos Jr; hunka son Angelo Ruiz; hunka daughter Chamiqua Red Feather; grandchildren Alassandro Ramos, Ariya Lonetree, Angelo Ramos, and Axolotl Ramos; siblings Kristina (Reggi; one child in infancy; brother, Gerald Rouillard; grandparents, Cecelia White Dress-Frazier, Curtis Frazier, Larry Mercado, and Pearl White Dress; and cousins, Daryl Little and Lolita Mesteth;
