Beef was always a staple on the table when I was growing up. Ground beef, baked beans, and a side of buttered bread provided the perfect combination for lunch when we needed something quick, easy, and filling.
When I started college, this recipe was easy enough for me not to mess up and provided a hearty, reasonably priced meal. Plus, I still occasionally enjoy it with my family.
The value of beef is that there are a number of options that provide quality nutrition, from a rib-eye steak to ground beef and baked beans. – Enjoy!
